Course Description

Temporal Bone Cadaver Dissection Course – Intensive Training Overview

This advanced cadaver-based training program is designed to provide a structured and highly practical learning experience in temporal bone surgery. The course is divided into two core stages, ensuring a complete integration of theoretical knowledge and hands-on surgical practice. Participants will benefit from direct faculty guidance, high-volume dissection exposure, and clinically oriented teaching methods.

Day 1 – Theoretical Module: Comprehensive lectures covering surgical anatomy, procedural planning, key operative landmarks, and complication prevention strategies in temporal bone surgery.

Day 2 – Hands-On Cadaver Dissection: Intensive practical dissection session where participants actively perform temporal bone surgical approaches under expert supervision in a fully equipped cadaver lab.

Training Outcome: By the end of the program, participants gain significantly improved anatomical orientation, surgical confidence, and procedural accuracy in temporal bone surgery.

Selected by TÜBİTAK Science Talent Program (1982). Associate Professor (2005), Professor (2015). Since 2007 Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hospital ENT Department. Since 2012 Acıbadem University faculty member.
