If payment remains outstanding after the expiry of this period, the Company may cancel the registration by written notice.
5.7. Where registration is cancelled due to incomplete payment, the refund or transfer eligibility of amounts already received shall be determined in accordance with Article 6, based on the date on which the cancellation notice reaches the Participant.
6. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION TRANSFERS BY THE PARTICIPANT

The applicable notice period shall be calculated based on the number of calendar days between the date on which the request reaches the Company, determined according to Istanbul local time, and the first day of the Course.

The full amount paid shall be refunded.

Where practicable, refunds shall be made using the original payment method and to the original payer.
7. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND DELIVERY OF SERVICES BY THE COMPANY
7.1. The Company may cancel or postpone the Course where the training laboratory becomes unavailable, the required anatomical specimens cannot be obtained, serious safety risks arise, or other circumstances reasonably prevent the delivery of the Course.
The reasons for such cancellation or postponement and the available alternatives shall be communicated to the Participant in writing without undue delay.
7.2. If the Company cancels the Course, the Participant may elect either to receive a full refund of the Course fee paid or, subject to written agreement, to transfer their registration to another course.
In the event of postponement, the revised Course date shall be communicated to the Participant. A Participant who does not accept the revised date shall be entitled to a refund of the Course fee paid.
The Participant’s silence shall not be construed as acceptance of the revised date.
7.3. The cancellation restrictions applicable to the Participant under Article 6 shall not apply where the Course is cancelled or postponed by the Company.
7.4. The Company’s service obligations shall be limited to the training and services expressly specified in this Agreement. Personal expectations or requests not expressly undertaken under this Agreement shall not constitute a deficiency in the services provided.
Reasonable programme adjustments made in accordance with Article 3.6 shall not, in themselves, constitute grounds for cancellation, a refund, or a reduction in the Course fee.
The Participant shall notify the Company of any specific service deficiency without undue delay, thereby allowing the Company a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.
Where a remediable deficiency is appropriately remedied during the Course, no contractual refund entitlement shall arise solely on account of that deficiency.
This provision shall not apply to material failures of performance that cannot be remedied or that defeat the essential purpose of the Course.
7.5. Refunds shall be processed within the period and through the method specified in Article 6.9.
7.6. Flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, insurance, and other third-party services independently purchased by the Participant fall outside the scope of this Agreement.

8.2. The Party affected by a force majeure event shall notify the other Party of the nature and anticipated effects of the event without undue delay and shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate its adverse consequences.
8.3. Any exemption from liability arising from force majeure shall be limited to the obligations whose performance is prevented by the event and to the period during which the impediment continues.
Insufficient participant numbers shall not, in themselves, constitute force majeure.
8.4. Article 7 shall apply where the Course cannot be delivered or is postponed.
If the Course is partially delivered, the portion of the fee attributable to services not provided shall be assessed separately.
9. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION FOR SAFETY OR ETHICAL VIOLATIONS
9.1. The Company may immediately suspend the Participant’s access to hands-on activities and terminate their participation in the Course in cases involving unauthorised recording or sharing of cadaveric material, unauthorised procedures, threats, harassment, or conduct that seriously endangers personal safety or the dignity of human cadaveric material.
9.2. In the case of remediable violations that do not present an immediate danger, the Participant shall receive a written warning and an opportunity to remedy the violation.
If the violation continues or recurs despite such warning, the Company may terminate the Participant’s participation in the Course.
9.3. The reasons and supporting grounds for termination shall be communicated to the Participant in writing.
The Participant may submit an explanation or objection to the Company. Such submission shall not automatically suspend any safety measures already implemented.
9.4. Where the Participant’s participation is justifiably terminated due to a serious violation or a violation continuing despite a written warning, no portion of the fees paid shall be refunded or transferred to another course.
This provision shall apply subject to Article 10.3.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or any statutory rights of the Participant that cannot lawfully be waived.

Information that is publicly available or was lawfully known before disclosure shall be excluded from this obligation.
Disclosures required by law or necessary for the exercise or defence of legal rights may be made only to the extent necessary.
11.2. The Participant shall not publish, make accessible, or share with third parties any images of cadavers or anatomical specimens through social media, websites, messaging applications, file-sharing services, or any other digital platforms.
Disclosures required by law shall be subject to Article 11.1.
11.3. Training presentations, slides, videos, and other written or digital materials may be used solely for the Participant’s personal professional learning.
Without the prior written permission of the Company and, where necessary, the relevant rights holder, such materials may not be published, made digitally accessible, shared with third parties, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes, in whole or in part.
Uses expressly permitted by applicable law shall remain reserved.
11.4. The Company shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) shall apply where its conditions of applicability are met.
11.5. The purposes and legal bases of personal data processing, categories of recipients, data retention arrangements, and the rights of data subjects shall be explained in a separate privacy notice provided at the time of data collection.
11.6. Any use of the Participant’s photographs or videos for promotional purposes shall require an appropriate legal basis and any necessary permissions to be obtained separately.
The signing of this Agreement shall not, in itself, constitute the Participant’s consent to the promotional use of their image.
11.7. The obligations relating to confidentiality and the protection of educational content shall, by their nature, survive completion of the Course or termination of this Agreement.
12. GOVERNING LAW, NOTICES AND EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any other mandatorily applicable rules of law.
12.2. The Parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations within thirty days following written notice.
This process shall not prevent mandatory mediation proceedings, applications subject to statutory deadlines, or requests for urgent legal relief.
12.3. The courts and enforcement offices having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
12.4. Notices shall be sent to the email addresses specified in Article 13. The Parties shall notify each other of any changes to their contact information without undue delay.

12.5. This Agreement may be executed by handwritten signature or by a secure electronic signature compliant with applicable law.
Scanned copies of counterparts bearing handwritten signatures may be exchanged by email. Such exchange shall not, in itself, constitute a secure electronic signature.
Each Party shall retain a signed copy of the Agreement.
