Dr. Danilo De Gregorio is an internationally recognized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Professor of Aesthetic Surgery (Face–Head–Neck), and holds a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine.

With more than 25 years of clinical and academic experience, Dr. De Gregorio specializes in facial rejuvenation, with particular expertise in Thread Lift, Endolift, facial injectables, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, and advanced minimally invasive facial aesthetic procedures. He also has extensive experience in facelift surgery, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, facial contouring, regenerative aesthetic medicine, and comprehensive facial aesthetic surgery.

His practice combines detailed facial anatomy with contemporary surgical and non-surgical techniques to achieve safe, natural, and predictable clinical outcomes.

As an internationally respected educator, Dr. De Gregorio has served as a Course Director, Visiting Professor, Faculty Member, and Chief Trainer in numerous advanced educational programs worldwide. He has trained thousands of physicians through international cadaver courses, masterclasses, and scientific meetings, with a strong focus on facial anatomy, Thread Lift, Endolift, injection techniques, and modern facial rejuvenation.

At the International Hands-On Cadaver Symposium on Facial Rejuvenation, held on 20–21 August 2026 at Acıbadem University CASE, Istanbul, Dr. Danilo De Gregorio will serve as the Course Director, leading the scientific program and supervising fresh frozen cadaver hands-on training sessions with a special focus on Thread Lift, Endolift, facial injectables, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, and mesotherapy.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ergün Sevil is an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery, with extensive expertise in facial anatomy, facial aesthetic procedures, and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation.

His clinical practice and academic work focus on Thread Lift, facial injectables, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, facial anatomy, and advanced facial rejuvenation techniques. He also has experience in related facial aesthetic fields, including rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, facial contouring, and facelift-oriented anatomical approaches.

Combining comprehensive anatomical knowledge with evidence-based aesthetic practice, Dr. Sevil is dedicated to improving procedural precision, safety, and natural clinical outcomes.

Dr. Sevil has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications, contributed to international research projects, presented at numerous national and international scientific meetings, and received national awards for his scientific achievements.

As a faculty member in advanced cadaver-based facial anatomy and aesthetic training programs, he provides hands-on education focused on facial anatomy, injection safety, and contemporary facial rejuvenation techniques.

Dr. Regina Upmace is an international trainer and speaker with more than 25 years of clinical and educational experience in aesthetic medicine, facial anatomy, mesotherapy, and advanced injectable treatments.

As the Chairwoman of the Baltic Mesotherapist Association, Dr. Upmace actively contributes to the advancement of professional standards and physician education in aesthetic medicine.

Throughout her career, she has trained hundreds of physicians in facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, facial harmonization, mesotherapy, regenerative medicine and anti-aging treatments. Her educational philosophy is based on anatomical precision, patient safety and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes.

Dr. Upmace is actively involved as a trainer and speaker in international educational projects focused on facial anatomy, cadaver dissection and aesthetic medicine across Europe and Türkiye.

During the International Hands-On Cadaver Symposium on Facial Rejuvenation, she will share her expertise in advanced injection techniques, lip augmentation, facial harmonization, mesotherapy and modern facial rejuvenation procedures.

Dr. Mehtap Ozkahraman Kirik graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

She holds both the European Board Certification and the Turkish Board Certification in Otorhinolaryngology and is a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

Her clinical practice focuses on facial anatomy, facial rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine, including Endolift®, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, mesotherapy and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedures.

She also performs rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, brow lift and chin augmentation procedures.

Since 2015 she has lectured at national and international scientific meetings and continues to educate physicians through an anatomy-based approach.
